when shopping

I just saw a tv ad where Zappone says the best reason to buy there isvfor the way they treat you. When shopping there 2 years ago, the salesman asked what was I looking for, I said I'm interested in a wrangle. He asked my budget. And then told me a wrangler doesn't fit my budget(probably because they didn't have any at the time) then proceded to guide my towards vehicles they did have on the lot. Which were of comparable price. So he asked my name,which he wrote down and said if I'm interested in purchasing, call him and gave me a card The next day I bought a wrangler at another dealer. I still get offers in the mail, mailed to me under the wrong name. Hopefully they have improve how important it is how they treat not only customers, but potential customers
